Learning to Build What Matters.
Campaign Planning – COMSTRAT 381:
Campus Connections Project
COMSTRAT 381 with Molly Schotzko was one of the most impactful courses of my academic experience. It pushed me to think more critically and strategically about campaign planning. Especially how to build initiatives that genuinely resonate with a community. The course was challenging in the best ways, constantly stretching my creativity and problem‑solving skills.
My passion for on-campus community advocacy, along with the diverse perspectives of my friends from many backgrounds, inspired the fictional campaign I created: Duolingo Campus Connections. This project focused on turning language learning into an immersive, real‑world experience that fosters belonging, intercultural curiosity, and engagement across college communities.
I’m proud to highlight this piece in my portfolio because it represents not only the skills I gained but also the values that guide my work: connection, inclusivity, and meaningful student experience.
