PRH Expansion Project – COMSTRAT 383

Integrated MarCom Strategy

This semester, the PRH Expansion Project was developed as part of COMSTRAT 383 with Rebecca Cooney, where my team and I developed a full integrated marketing communications plan for Pullman Regional Hospital’s 2026 Expansion Project. This work challenges us to think strategically across research, messaging, audience segmentation, and community engagement, all centered on enhancing access to high‑quality healthcare in the Palouse.

My primary role within the project has been developing the Digital Asset Brief, which focuses on creating clear, visually engaging tools that support transparency and strengthen community trust in the expansion. I’m working on the design of concepts for two key assets: a real‑time Expansion Progress & Impact Dashboard, and a Before‑and‑After Visualization Series that illustrates how the new facilities will improve high‑demand clinical spaces. These assets help donors, patients, and community members understand the purpose, progress, and long‑term impact of the expansion.

This project reflects my skills in strategic communication, digital design planning, and translating complex information into accessible, audience‑centered content. It also highlights my commitment to clarity, community connection, and meaningful communication. Values that guide my work across all campaign projects.

This is an ongoing, multi‑phase project. Stay tuned for additional assets and updates as the work continues.
